Judge Radcliffe retired at the end of 2007, after 20 years on the Bench in St. Clair County. Judge Radcliffe has been mediating civil cases since 1997. Since retirement, he devotes his practice to Alternative Dispute Resolution, specializing in Mediation. Judge Radcliffe has successfully mediated numerous civil cases, including professional negligence, business, real estate and personal injury. Judge Radcliffe has also successfully mediated family cases.
